• Washington Worker's Compensation experience
• Court/trial experience
• Ability to make critical decisions rapidly
• Strong negotiation skills
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to positively interact with clients, Department of Labor & Industries personnel, SIE claims mangers, vocational counselors and healthcare providers.
• Strong time management skills to effectively manage a mature caseload.
