Your Role:
Workers' Compensation Litigation Associate Manage a caseload of defence-side workers' compensation matters Engage in all stages of litigation, including: Case evaluation and strategy Discovery and legal research Drafting pleadings and motions Attending hearings and appeals board proceedings Work closely with senior attorneys while building independent case management skills Maintain strong client relationships and deliver clear, strategic advice ✅
Must-Haves:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree Active California Bar admission (in good standing) 1+ year of workers' compensation experience (preferred but not essential for strong candidates)
Salary & Benefits:
