Established (40+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Litigation Attorney for Civil Litigation Defense in Providence, Rhode IslandAn established firm based in Providence, Rhode Island with over 40+ years in practice is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Litigation Attorney will handle civil litigation matters, including defense-side litigation, insurance defense, and employment law, representing a diverse client base in complex and high-stakes matters while collaborating closely with experienced litigators.

Qualifications:

Admission to practice law in Rhode IslandAt least 3+ years of civil litigation experienceDefense-side civil litigation experience (preferred)Employment law experience (preferred)Strong written and oral advocacy skillsExcellent analytical, organizational, and case management abilities

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolutionRepresent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedingsConduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other litigation documentsAdvise clients and provide strategic counsel on a variety of legal issuesCollaborate with a team of attorneys to develop litigation strategies and achieve successful outcomes
