Duties Assist attorney with preparing and reviewing immigration-related documents, including petitions, applications, and forms in both English and Spanish Conduct client interviews in Spanish to gather necessary information and explain legal procedures clearly and empathetically Review and organize legal documents, contracts, and evidence for case preparation and litigation support Draft legal correspondence, affidavits, and reports with precision while maintaining high standards of proofreading and transcription Support administrative functions such as data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized case calendars Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email in both Spanish and English, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills Skills Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential; strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English are required Proven paralegal experience with familiarity in immigration law is strongly preffered but not required Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Experience preparing immigration applications and supporting evidence and data entry Exceptional attention to detail and client service skills Track case deadlines and maintain case files Ability to conduct interviews effectively while demonstrating professionalism and empathy in sensitive situations Embark on a rewarding career where your work directly impacts the lives of immigrants seeking safety, stability, and opportunity in the United States.
