They are looking for you, an experienced Employment Law Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and enjoys supporting attorneys through all phases of employment law matters. This is a direct hire opportunity with a growing and highly regarded legal team.
What you get to do:
Support attorneys with federal and state employment law litigation matters Prepare, draft, and review pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and legal correspondence Conduct legal research on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Manage case files, track deadlines, and organize discovery materials Handle electronic court filings and maintain litigation calendars Conduct research and navigate PACER and other legal systems Assist with EEOC, state administrative proceedings, and related deadlines Coordinate client communication, meetings, and scheduling Prepare deposition and trial binders, organize exhibits, and assist with trial preparation Summarize deposition transcripts, medical records, and case-related documentation Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information What you need to succeed: 3-5 years of Paralegal experience within employment law litigation Four-year degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred Experience supporting federal and state litigation matters Strong knowledge of PACER and electronic court filing systems Experience handling EEOC and employment-related administrative proceedings preferred Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and support several attorneys simultaneously Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite legal environment What's in it for you: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to join a respected and established legal team Professional, collaborative, and progressive work environment Long-term career growth and stability Work alongside experienced attorneys on sophisticated employment law matters Full-time onsite role with a team-oriented culture Apply now!
