We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Attorney to join our women-led legal team! The ideal candidate is passionate about family law and committed to putting families first. Our firm approaches litigation as a last resort and prioritizes resolution-focused strategies that serve the best interests of our clients and their families. Responsibilities:

Mentor associate attorneys in your office. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations while maintaining high standards of professionalism. Follow established firm standard operating procedures. Case strategy leadership. Client relationship management. Contribution to firm culture and process improvement.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active admission to the South Carolina Bar. Previous family law experience. Excellent negotiation and mediation skills. Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
