Associate Attorney

Specializing in insurance defense since 1995, Clarkson Walsh & Coulter handles a variety of cases including auto negligence, construction defects, premise liability, and commercial liability. Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in litigation, preferably insurance defense. Must be licensed in the state of South Carolina Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Responsibilities:

Handle litigation from initial investigation to the completion of the case. Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements Hearings, depositions and mediations Work closely with client and legal team to develop case strategy Excellent legal research, writing, and oral skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and communicate effectively with clients and industry professionals
