2026 Summer Intern - Legal

Position Summary This intern position will be responsible for all legal and compliance task including but not limited to contracts, litigation, labor and employment. (May 2026 - July 2026) Role and Responsibilities Perform a wide variety of legal tasks as directed by the General Counsel of SEHA in areas including but not limited to contracts, litigation, labor & employment, construction, real estate, economic development, and compliance Assist the General Counsel with public affairs, government relations, philanthropy, volunteerism, community service and speaking engagements Project management and performance of daily, weekly, and long-term tasks in furtherance of completing various legal & compliance projects Prepare correspondence in connection with a wide variety of legal matters Collaborate cross-functionally across the Samsung organization on a wide variety of matters including but not limited to legal & compliance, public relations, government relations #
