Credit Collections Bureau is seeking an additional in-house counsel member to join our Sioux Falls, SD office. For nearly 40 years, CCB has been a trusted leader in collections in the Midwest. We help clients across multiple states recover accounts with professionalism, integrity, and strict compliance. What We're Looking For:

Collaborative team player who can effectively & professionally communicate with all staff•0-3 years of legal experience (new graduates are encouraged to apply). License to practice in South Dakota—or eligible and willing to become licensed in South Dakota. Motivation to obtain a North Dakota license (and potentially additional states) as your role grows. Represent CCB & our clients in court for disputed small claims, civil, and district court matters. Conduct efficient legal research and clearly summarize findings and recommendations. Draft, file, and defend civil litigation pleadings with attention to detail and deadlines. Work across civil litigation and business/transactional matters—an uncommon opportunity to build a well-rounded practice. Desire to develop deep expertise in healthcare collections and the laws and regulations that govern the industry. Comfortable receiving guidance from Senior Counsel and executive leadership, with a strong interest in coaching and professional development.
