What You'll Do Manage family law cases start to finish Advise clients on divorce, custody, child support, alimony, property division, adoptions, and related matters Develop case strategies to achieve positive outcomes Draft pleadings, discovery, agreements, and other legal documents Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials Communicate with clients clearly and compassionately, setting expectations and guiding them through decisions Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals Maintain professional, responsive client service and accurate case records What You Bring JD and active law license in good standing 3+ years of family law litigation experience preferred Strong courtroom, negotiation, and mediation skills Solid legal writing Case management abilities Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Sound judgment, professionalism, and emotional intelligence with clients, opposing counsel, and the court Strong work ethic, initiative, and commitment to client service Nice to Have Experiences (but not necessary if you're willing to learn) Family law certification or concentration High-conflict custody or complex financial cases Military divorce Estate planning and/or probate MyCase or similar practice management software Why You'll Like It Here Meaningful work and interesting cases Competitive compensation and bonus opportunities 401(k) with match, PTO, CLE stipend, and bar dues Professional growth and development opportunities Supportive colleagues who genuinely enjoy working together A culture that values quality of life- we know your real life is outside the office, so we work hard and go home, and we like our paid time off An office environment that celebrates wins and learns from mistakes We eat cake for everyone's birthday and have fun optional office lunches How We Work Our clients trust us with some of the most important issues in their lives, and we take that seriously.
