Black McLaren Jones Ryland & Griffee, P.C. is seeking a litigation attorney with 5+ years of experience who is ready to step into an active caseload, work directly with clients, and take a meaningful role in driving cases forward. This position is designed for attorneys who want more than a supporting role. You will have direct client contact, responsibility for case strategy, and the ability to manage your own matters with appropriate support. Role:

• Meet directly with clients and manage ongoing relationships
• Develop and execute case strategy
• Draft and argue substantive motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear in court regularly
• Participate in mediations and trial preparation
• Manage a caseload from intake through resolution or trial

Requirements:

• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Licensed in Tennessee
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Confident in court and comfortable handling hearings and depositions
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently
• Interest in building client relationships and taking ownership of cases

$84,002.38 - $101,164.15 per year
