Job Description

Personal Injury Attorney We are seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team in Memphis, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent litigation and negotiation skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding client service. Responsibilities Represent clients in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents and slip and fall cases Conduct legal research and investigate claims to develop effective case strategies Gather and analyze evidence to support clients' cases Interview clients, witnesses, medical providers, and experts Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel Manage cases from intake through resolution, including litigation when necessary Appear in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials Provide clients with regular case updates and legal guidance throughout the litigation process Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient case management Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Active admission and good standing with the State Bar Minimum of 5 years of experience handling personal injury cases Proven track record of successfully negotiating settlements and litigating cases Strong knowledge of personal injury law and civil procedure Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to independently manage a substantial caseload Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Client-focused mindset with a commitment to achieving positive outcomes What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Supportive and collaborative work environment
