About YOU:

Are you an experienced case manager looking for an exciting new opportunity to work on complex and challenging cases? Do you have a passion for seeking justice for those who have been injured through no fault of their own? If so, we have the perfect job for you! We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Case Manager to join our dynamic legal team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to our attorneys as they handle a wide variety of personal injury cases, from inception to resolution.

You will be expected to:

Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from beginning to end. Gather, analyze, and research information. Communicating and corresponding with clients, lien holders, providers and others in the legal community. Maintaining client files. Request bills and medical records. Preparing various legal documents, including demands. Be highly accurate. Adapt and learn quickly. Maintain a professional attitude and appearance. Have a positive outlook and vision. Other duties as assigned.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency with computers, telephone lines, and other related office equipment. Must have strong organizational skills; be able to follow instructions, switch tasks quickly and meet deadlines. Must exercise sound judgment, work independently, and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent planning and reporting skills. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Negotiations. Document prep. You MUST have personal injury plaintiff experience as a case manager or paralegal.

$26.00 hourly - 31.00 hourly
