Construction Defects Attorney Location:
Dallas, TX I am working directly with the leadership of a well-established, full-service litigation firm in Dallas that is seeking a Construction Defects Attorney to join its growing team. This is a strong opportunity for a Construction Defects Attorney who has hands-on experience in construction defect litigation and is looking to work on complex, high-exposure matters within a collaborative, trial-focused environment. The firm is seeking a Construction Defects Attorney with 4-7 years of experience who can step in and contribute immediately. This role involves defending developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and other construction professionals in defect-related disputes. A Construction Defects Attorney in this role will have direct involvement in case strategy, client communication, and litigation from inception through resolution. The salary for this role is market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses What We Need
  • 4-7 years of litigation experience with a strong focus on construction defects
  • Direct, hands-on experience working construction defect cases is required
  • Handle construction defect litigation matters from pre-suit through trial or resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and manage written discovery in construction-related disputes
  • Take and defend depositions, including fact witnesses and experts
  • Analyze construction documents, contracts, and project records
  • Attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
  • Strong writing, analytical, and deposition skills
  • Ability to manage cases with increasing independence What You'll Get
