Job Description

Family-Based Experienced Immigration Attorney Role A growing immigration practice is seeking an experienced Family-Based Immigration Attorney to manage a caseload focused on family immigration matters. Responsibilities Handle family-based immigration cases (bond/removal). Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies. Prepare and review filings, supporting documentation, RFEs, and NOIDs. Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the case lifecycle. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active bar license in good standing. 3+ years of family-based immigration experience. Strong case management, writing, and client-relations skills. Ability to independently manage a busy caseload with little to no supervision. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
