Junior AttorneyPosition OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in various legal matters, including probate, wills, civil and family law, and personal injury cases. This position provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in a supportive environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist senior attorneys in preparing legal documents and case filesConduct legal research and analysis to support case developmentAttend court hearings and client meetings to provide legal assistanceDraft and review wills, trusts, and probate documentsSupport clients in family law matters including divorce and custody issuesCollaborate with team members on litigation and trial preparationMaintain organized records and documentation related to casesQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the bar in the relevant jurisdictionStrong knowledge of probate, wills, civil, family law, and personal injury lawExcellent research, writing, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsPrior internship or clerkship experience in a law firm is a plus
