The Role You will:

Handle a personal injury defense docket with a focus on: trucking / transportation liability products liability premises liability other complex PI and catastrophic injury defense matters Manage cases through key litigation stages, including: pleadings written discovery depositions dispositive motions mediation trial preparation Work directly with sophisticated insurer and corporate clients Collaborate closely with experienced trial lawyers on high-stakes matters

Compensation & Bonuses:
