We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience to join our growing civil litigation practice. The successful candidate will independently manage a caseload involving business disputes, contract claims, real estate disputes, construction matters, collections, and other general civil litigation matters. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing active litigation matters with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment, maintaining professionalism, and providing exceptional client service. Responsibilities Manage litigation matters from intake through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, briefs, settlement agreements, and related litigation documents. Conduct legal research and develop case strategy. Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials. Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel. Required Qualifications Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar. 2-5 years of litigation experience. Proven ability to independently manage a caseload. Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents. Experience attending hearings, arguing motions, and managing litigation deadlines. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent client communication and case management skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
