The firm concentrates on family law, criminal defense, and personal injury matters, offering comprehensive guidance through complex and often emotionally challenging legal situations. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with litigation experience (preferred) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is confident in the courtroom, highly organized, and able to manage a dynamic caseload from intake through resolution. Responsibilities Handle cases from start to finish Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence Attend hearings, mediations, trials, arbitrations, and negotiations Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and staff Develop case strategy in collaboration with attorneys Maintain accurate case files and meet all deadlines Conduct thorough legal research utilizing tools such as Westlaw to support case preparation and legal opinions.
