What You'll Do:
Recover highdollar overpayments through assertive, persuasive phone outreach. Own each case from first contact to approved repayment. Advance 20+ productive calls/day with real movement, not just activity. Navigate objectionsescalations professionally and persistently. Document cleanly using compliant templates and Excel tracking. Work with urgency, strategy, accountability, and execution No cold calls

What You Bring:
