Plaintiff Mass Tort Attorney (3-6 Years)
Compensation:
Competitive Base Salary + Bonus + Benefits A growing plaintiff litigation firm is seeking a Mass Tort Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join its expanding practice. This attorney will work on high-exposure mass tort and complex PI matters from case development through resolution. Responsibilities Manage a docket of mass tort cases involving asbestos, talc powder, and other product liability claims. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands. Conduct depositions, client interviews, and fact investigations. Work with experts, co-counsel, and litigation support teams. Participate in case strategy, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in good standing. 3-6 years of plaintiff litigation experience, preferably in mass torts, product liability, personal injury. Strong legal writing, analytical, and case management skills. Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
