Job Description

Our Firm We're a planning-first law firm focused on helping families protect wealth, plan for the future, and leave meaningful legacies. Our practice is solely estate planning, asset protection, and trust administration. We avoid litigation and emphasize preventative, client-centered counsel. Job Overview We're hiring a full-time Estate Planning Attorney with a minimum of 3 years' experience designing and implementing trust-based estate plans. You'll help manage client matters from consultation through completion, develop asset-protection and tax-efficient strategies, advise on trust administration, and collaborate with advisors and firm teams. This is a high-impact role with opportunities to shape firm processes and support growth initiatives. Responsibilities Lead client consultations; analyze goals, assets, and family dynamics Draft and review Revocable Living Trusts, wills, POAs, advance directives, and related documents Design asset protection, business succession, and tax-efficient transfer strategies Advise successor trustees and guide post-death trust administration and fiduciary compliance Coordinate with CPAs, financial advisors, and other professionals Help improve internal processes Qualifications JD from an accredited law school and active Texas bar license Minimum 3 years' direct estate planning/trust-based experience Strong drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills; high attention to detail Experience with asset protection and tax-aware planning strategies Organized, client-focused, and comfortable managing multiple matters What We Offer Planning-focused, non-litigation practice Competitive compensation, including very generous PTO Collaborative, respectful team culture and opportunities for growth
