Civil Litigation Defense Attorney About the Firm A respected litigation firm with a strong reputation for handling complex matters in personal injury, product liability, trucking, commercial, and construction litigation is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Defense Attorney. This opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated defense work within a collaborative, high-performing environment. Compensation is highly competitive and structured to reward performance and leadership. What We Need Managing a caseload of approximately 30-40 active matters Litigating cases through discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial Conducting legal research and providing strategic recommendations to clients Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses Taking and defending depositions, preparing witnesses, and working with experts Collaborating with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members J.D. from an accredited law school Active law license in good standing 3+ years of civil litigation or insurance defense experience Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills Ability to independently manage a busy docket while contributing to a team environment What You'll Get Market-leading base salary (commensurate with experience) Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with employer match and profit-sharing plan Paid time off and firm holidays Ongoing professional development and long-term growth opportunities Apply Today The firm is actively interviewing for the position of Civil Litigation Defense Attorney.
