Job Description

Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney About the Opportunity A well-established and growing plaintiff personal injury law firm is seeking a motivated attorney to join its litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys advocating for injured clients, taking ownership of a meaningful caseload, and working alongside experienced trial lawyers. The ideal candidate is driven, client-focused, and eager to maximize case value while preparing matters for trial when necessary. Responsibilities Manage a plaintiff personal injury litigation caseload from inception through resolution Conduct case evaluations and develop litigation strategy Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Take and defend depositions Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial Attend hearings and court appearances Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the litigation process Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and support staff to ensure efficient case handling Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience preferred Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Experience handling depositions and motion practice Trial experience is a plus but not required Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload while prioritizing deadlines Excellent organizational, analytical, and client service skills For more information regarding this opportunity, please reach out directly to Robbie Sager at 913.359.7187.
