Patent Prosecution Attorney Houston Join a
Growing IP Practice Handling Advanced Technologies:
A highly regarded IP practice is seeking a Patent Prosecution Attorney with at least 2 years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications for sophisticated technology clients. This opportunity is presented by MNF Global, a national legal search firm focused on IP, patent, and technology attorney placements.
Role and Responsibilities:
Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications. Work directly with inventors, engineers, and in -house counsel. Advise clients on patent strategy and portfolio development. Handle technologies related to telecommunications, AI, software, and computer systems. Collaborate with attorneys across a broad national IP platform.

Compensation Expected compensation range:
approximately $200,000 - $260,000 depending on experience and technical background. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school. USPTO registration required. Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related technical degree required. Minimum of 2 years of law firm patent prosecution experience. Strong patent drafting and prosecution background. Experience with telecom, AI, software, or related technologies preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage multiple matters and work directly with clients.
