Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney (5-20 Years Experience)

Plaintiff's Personal Injury Only We are partnering with a well-established plaintiff's personal injury firm seeking an experienced Plaintiff's PI Attorney to join their litigation team. This role is designed for a true plaintiff's attorney —someone whose practice has been primarily focused on plaintiff-side personal injury, not an attorney who handles PI as only a small portion of their caseload. Ideal Candidate 5-20 years of plaintiff's personal injury experience Proven background handling PI matters from intake through resolution Currently practicing (or previously practiced) at a plaintiff-side PI firm Strong litigation, case management, and client communication skills Juris Doctor from a respected law school (e.g., Baylor Law School, University of Texas School of Law , or similar) Licensed and in good standing (Texas license preferred; relocation supported) Why This Opportunity Stands Out Fresh caseload provided so you can ramp up thoughtfully over several months No pressure to immediately originate cases while onboarding Strong initial salary to ensure stability during the transition period Salary is phased out over time as fee income increases Attractive fee-split structure , including: Fees on cases you work on Enhanced fees on cases you originate and work Fees on cases you originate and refer internally within the firm This structure allows attorneys to build long-term earning power while benefiting from the firm's existing infrastructure, reputation, and marketing. What You'll Be Doing Managing a plaintiff's personal injury caseload Handling litigation and pre-litigation matters Working closely with firm leadership and support staff Developing cases through resolution while maintaining high client service standards Optionally originating cases and building a personal book of business within the firm Relocation The firm is open to relocating the right attorney , allowing the search to extend beyond the Houston market.
