The firm serves clients across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and throughout Texas. The firm's areas of practice include: Civil Litigation Construction Law Contract Law Corporate & Partnership Formation and Litigation Eminent Domain Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning Transactional Law With more than 15 years of investment in operational systems and attorney support infrastructure, the firm provides a collaborative environment where attorneys can focus on delivering exceptional legal services while being supported by experienced professionals and streamlined processes. Position Overview The firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 6+ years of legal experience to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who is looking for long-term growth, meaningful client interaction, and the opportunity to work on sophisticated legal matters across multiple practice areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling matters independently while collaborating within a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Manage cases and client matters from inception through resolution Conduct legal research, drafting, and analysis Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and court proceedings Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on complex legal matters Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic legal counsel Support business development and client retention initiatives Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active Texas Bar license in good standing 6+ years of experience in one or more relevant practice areas Strong litigation experience Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters independently Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Team-oriented mindset with a client-focused approach Preferred Qualifications Experience in civil litigation, construction law, corporate law, estate planning, or transactional matters Courtroom and deposition experience Strong organizational and case management skills What the Firm Offers Collaborative and supportive work environment Established operational systems and legal support staff Opportunity for professional growth and advancement Sophisticated and diverse legal matters Competitive compensation and benefits package Long-term career development opportunities
