Job Description

Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney North Dallas, Texas About the Opportunity I am working directly with the ownership of a midsize Texas-based law firm that is continuing to expand its commercial real estate practice. The firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to support a consistent flow of transactional work for developers, investors, lenders, and owner-operators across Texas. This is a full-time, in-office role offering direct partner access, meaningful deal exposure, and long-term growth potential. The Role This position supports a broad range of commercial real estate transactions involving commercial, mixed-use, and multifamily assets. The practice is transaction-focused and designed for attorneys who want hands-on responsibility and substantive deal involvement. Experience & Responsibilities Draft, review, and assist with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing Prepare purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, easements, and related agreements Support transaction closings and manage due diligence processes Review title commitments, surveys, legal descriptions, zoning materials, and environmental and zoning materials Coordinate with title companies, lenders, surveyors, and third parties J.D. from an accredited law school; active Texas Bar license 2+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience Exposure to multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial assets preferred Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits The firm offers a competitive, market-aligned compensation package commensurate with experience.
