Firm has a varied litigation practice section that includes construction, business, fiduciary, and real estate litigation. The ideal canidate is comfortable with drafting complex petitions, discovery, MSJs, pre-trial motions, and TPJ charges.
Responsibilities:
Drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Managing client files and keeping up to date with new cases Communicating with clients via email, phone calls, and in person Maintaining a client file and preparing case briefs Serving as the point of contact for clients while working on their case Preparing clients for court hearings Working with other attorneys to ensure that each case is handled appropriately Working with and supervising paralegalsRequirements:
- Degree in law
- Membership in the State Bar of Texas
- First chair trial experience
