- without a $1M+ full-time family office staff.

The Role You are the senior technical backbone of the Tax practice. You don't own a narrow lane
- the firm is too small and the clients too complex for that. You bring elite depth across a broad range of tax disciplines, and you deploy

- wherever the situation demands it. But technical mastery alone doesn't get you this seat. You'll carry client relationships, lead people, and collaborate across Wealth and Insurance divisions. Nothing leaves the firm without your standard on it. Technical Leadership
- Senior technical resource across individual, business entity, estate, trust, gift, and forensic tax matters
- Value-add analysis that surfaces planning opportunities beyond compliance
- Economic awareness

HNW, complex deductions, AMT, multi-state

Partnerships, S-corps, C-corps, entity structuring
Estate, Trust & Gift:
Complex estates, GST, grantor trusts, administration
Forensics:
Financial investigation, reconstructed records, litigation support

Real estate professional status, PAL rules, like-kind exchanges
Compliance Breadth:
Multi-state, international considerations for US persons
