Join a Litigation Team That's Built to Win The Daspit Law Firm is a powerhouse in personal injury law, representing clients across Texas and beyond. From car wrecks to catastrophic workplace accidents, we fight for real people—and we win. Our attorneys don't sit behind desks pushing paper all day. They're in the courtroom, in depositions, and in the trenches from start to finish. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Texas , with preference given to those also licensed in Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico, Georgia, or Arizona . This is a hands-on role perfect for attorneys who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to take ownership of their cases. We are currently seeking a driven, courtroom-ready Associate Attorney in San Antonio who's ready to take ownership of their docket and help our clients through some of the toughest times in their lives. What You'll Do
- Litigate from Start to
Finish:
Take charge of cases from intake through resolution—drafting pleadings, preparing and answering discovery, taking and defending depositions, attending hearings, and trying cases.Craft Sharp Legal Documents:
Prepare strategic, case-specific written discovery, motions, and briefs that advance our clients' interests.- Own the
Courtroom:
Represent clients in court proceedings and mediations with confidence and clarity.Manage Client Care:
Monitor and manage medical treatment progress to ensure clients receive appropriate care and support.Collaborate & Lead:
Work with paralegals, legal assistants, and senior attorneys to build strong cases that win. What You Bring- Licensed to Practice Law in Texas (required).
- Dual licensure in other states such as Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico, Georgia, or Arizona is a plus, but not required.
- 1-3 years of relevant litigation or personal injury experience.
- A strategic legal mind, strong writing skills, and trial-ready communication.
- Comfort handling depositions, discovery, and courtroom appearances independently.
- Exceptional client communication and case management skills.
- Motivation to work in a fast-paced, high-volume litigation environment.
- A genuine passion for advocating on behalf of injured individuals.

$100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per yearBenefits:
