Commercial Litigation | Insurance Defense Attorney
SAN ANTONIO A
prominent Civil Litigation law firm in San Antonio is seeking an Attorney with 2-8 years' of exposure to Litigation and Trials with a practice emphasis in Commercial Litigation and Insurance Defense. This mid-sized, full-service law firm has a heavy focus on trial work in Personal Injury, Toxic Torts, Product and Premises Liability, Real Estate and Construction Litigation. Experience in written discovery and depositions, prior court appearances, ability and enthusiasm to help guide clients through case process, exceptional writing skills and strong interpersonal skills are certainly a plus. The ideal candidate to be a positive, self-starter and team player, interested in joining a team of Super Lawyers, who offer career development opportunities and a solid foundation with room to grow exponentially.
Job Requirements and Duties:
Minimum 2-8 years' of exposure to litigation/trial Experience in Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, Insurance Coverage, Premises/Product Liability, Real Estate and Construction Litigation, Mediations Taken depositions, attending hearings and trial, drafting discovery responses and motions, negotiating settlements Strong organizational skills, attention-to-detail, team player Trial experience preferred For the determined and motivated individual, this is an excellent opportunity for career development, offering a collegial and collaborative work environment and competitive compensation starting from DOE $130K-$150K DOE, (higher salary considered with senior experience level), bonus structure, full suite benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and 401K.
