Job Title:
Litigation Attorney - Civil & Commercial Defense (Partnership Track) About the Firm I am working directly with a well-established Texas litigation firm seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. The firm maintains a strong reputation for handling sophisticated litigation matters and is known for providing attorneys with meaningful responsibility, high-level work, and a clear path toward long-term advancement. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney seeking increased responsibility and a partnership track within a stable and respected litigation practice. The Opportunity This role offers the opportunity to manage an active litigation docket while working closely with experienced trial attorneys on complex matters. The firm values attorneys who can think strategically, work independently, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice. Key Responsibilities The Litigation Attorney will: Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including trial and mediation Handle pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and overall case strategy Take and defend depositions and coordinate with expert witnesses Prepare cases for hearings, mediations, and trial Provide strategic counsel to clients and collaborate with attorneys across the firm Assist in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting long-term firm growth Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: J.D. from an accredited law school Active license and good standing with the Texas Bar 5+ years of litigation experience Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Ability to independently manage a docket while working collaboratively with a team Interest in long-term professional growth and partnership consideration Compensation & Benefits The firm offers a competitive and well-structured compensation package, including: Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and firm holidays Clear partnership track and long-term career growth Apply now!
