Full-Time Position Overview Our client, a growing law firm, is seeking an Estate Planning, Probate & Elder Law Attorney to join their team in Sherman, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build their practice in a supportive environment while making a meaningful impact on clients' lives. Key Responsibilities Counsel clients on estate planning strategies and solutions Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and related instruments Handle probate matters, including administration and litigation Analyze decedents' estates and provide legal guidance Prepare and assist with estate tax filings Develop Medicaid planning strategies and assist with applications Maintain direct communication with clients and provide ongoing support Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active license in good standing with the Texas Bar Experience in estate planning, probate, or elder law preferred Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills Excellent communication and client relationship abilities Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
