Available duties include:

Counseling clients and designing estate plans Drafting estate planning and probate documents Analyzing decedents' estates Preparing estate tax returns Handling probate litigation Designing Medicaid qualification plans and assisting with applications Direct client contact

Requirements :

License in good standing with the Texas Bar Some experience in estate planning, probate, or elder law
