Insurance Defense Attorney About the Firm A respected litigation firm with a strong reputation for handling complex cases in personal injury, product liability, trucking, commercial, and construction litigation is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team and advance your career. Responsibilities As an Insurance Defense Attorney, you will: Manage a caseload of 30-40 active matters Litigate cases from inception through resolution, including trial and mediation Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations to clients Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and coordinate with experts Work closely with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to deliver results Qualifications The ideal Insurance Defense Attorney will have: J.D. from an accredited law school Active law license in good standing 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills Ability to manage a busy docket independently while collaborating with colleagues Compensation & Benefits This firm offers a highly competitive package for the successful Insurance Defense Attorney, including: Competitive base salary + bonus Health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage 401(k) with employer match + Profit Sharing Plan Paid time off (PTO) and firm holidays Professional development and career growth opportunities Apply Today We are actively interviewing Insurance Defense Attorneys.
