We are building a team of attorneys who take ownership of their cases, operate at a high level, and are serious about their craft. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for attorneys who already know how to manage cases and want to refine their litigation skills in a high-standard environment. About Us Ilarraza Law, P.C. is a boutique family law firm focused on high-level advocacy, trial preparation, and exceptional client service. We handle complex and high-conflict matters, including divorce, custody disputes, enforcement actions, and protective orders. The firm is led by a Board Certified Family Law attorney , a specialized distinction held by less than 1% of attorneys in Texas, reflecting substantial trial experience and a high level of expertise in the field. What You'll Do Manage a family law caseload with ownership and accountability Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with precision and strategy Conduct depositions and prepare cases for mediation and trial Appear in court regularly for hearings and trials Advise clients with confidence on strategy, risk, and outcomes Collaborate with a team that actively reviews and strengthens cases Who This Role Is For Attorneys who take pride in their work and hold themselves to a high standard Professionals who are organized, prepared, and proactive Individuals who want to sharpen their litigation skills and be in court Team players who value accountability, performance, and results Lawyers who wish to advance their career and start the process toward board certification Qualifications 2-5+ years of family law experience Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar Courtroom experience required Strong writing, organization, and communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and a full caseload Spanish-speaking is a plus What Sets This Role Apart Direct exposure to a Board Certified Family Law attorney A firm that emphasizes preparation, strategy, and execution Real courtroom experience and meaningful case responsibility High standards paired with a strong, collaborative team
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
