Represent clients in Texas probate courts with confidence and clarity during will contests and breaches of fiduciary duty. Litigate & Draft with

Excellence:

Conduct thorough legal research, handle depositions and mediations, and approve or draft elite, comprehensive estate plans.

Provide Expert Counsel:

Help families navigate wealth preservation and their toughest transitions with results-driven, empathetic representation. What We're Looking For An experienced, compassionate advocate who is ready to thrive in a highly collaborative legal environment.

The Credentials:

A valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years in good standing.

The Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in Texas estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters (5+ years preferred).

The Skillset:

A strong presence in the courtroom for contested matters and the ability to manage a busy docket with care and composure. You are a highly organized advocate experienced in drafting comprehensive trusts, wills, pleadings, and structures with exceptional attention to detail.

The Tech:
