Job Description
Busy Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm in Draper, Utah is looking for a Bilingual Associate Attorney.
- Interview potential new clients
- Maintain case file and guide clients through the personal injury process
- Prepare demand packages and negotiate settlements
- Draft pleadings, motions and court-related documents
- Manage all aspects of discovery and ensure deadlines are met
- Attend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, court appearances, and trial
- Conduct effective legal research and motion drafting
- Must be current member in good standing of the Utah bar
- 3-5 years of litigation experience handling Personal Injury cases
- Must be bilingual, able to speak and write in Spanish
- Must be professional, polite, and attentive
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have competent computer and word-processing skills
- Must be able to multitask and meet appropriate deadlines
