Job Description

Attorney 6094 Franconia Rd, Alexandria, VA 22310 Full-time Full-time Prepare and review filings submitted to USCIS, including but not limited to I-130 Family Petitions, I-485 Applications to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, I-765 Applications for Employment Authorization, and
I-601/I-601A
Waivers. Represent clients in removal defense matters before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). Advise clients regarding immigration law matters and available immigration options. Must be available to work weekends. Travel to Immigration Courts in Annandale, VA; Sterling, VA; Hyattsville, MD; and Baltimore, MD as needed for hearings.
