Available Opportunities Senior PI Trial Attorney Compensation Base Salary:

$155,000+ (depending on experience)

Total Compensation Potential:

• $336,000+ Qualifications 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience Proven first-chair jury trial experience in PI matters Strong track record of settlements and verdicts Active Virginia Bar license required Additional bar admissions in MD, DC, NY, or FL preferred Spanish bilingual skills are a plus Responsibilities Manage complex personal injury litigation matters Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials Negotiate settlements and oversee litigation strategy Mentor junior attorneys when needed

Mid-Level Personal Injury Attorney Compensation Base Salary:
