An AV-rated, well-established (almost 30 yrs)personal injury law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our close knit team. We offer a starting salary of 100k with the opportunity to earn commissions and/or bonuses. VTLA/VADA

a plus 3-5 years of prior litigation experience, specifically in personal injury matters Highly developed negotiation, communication, and trial advocacy skills Strong knowledge of personal injury law, including medical records, bills, and injury assessment In-depth understanding of Virginia automobile insurance coverages and claims processes Experience with case management software (Neos preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Proven ability to effectively mentor and supervise paralegals and support staff A business background or education is a plus
