Established 35+ Years Premier Firm Seeking Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney for Workers' Compensation Defense in Virginia, VAAn established firm with over 35 years in practice is seeking a Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their growing team remotely. This role focuses on workers' compensation defense litigation, representing employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in contested claims, hearings, and appeals before the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission.
