The Position We are searching for a new associate attorney with experience handling removal defense to practice before the Virginia and Maryland immigration courts.

The ideal candidate will have:

Demonstrated experience practicing before the immigration courts Active admission to any state bar Responsibilities include: Independently managing a caseload and calendar of court appearances and filing deadlines Understanding and complying with all deadlines and other requirements as dictated by court practice manuals or case scheduling orders Preparing and filing motions and memoranda of law Representing clients before immigration and state courts Benefits Each attorney has significant support from administrative staff and paralegals.
