An established law firm is seeking a Family Law Attorney to join its growing team in Fairfax, VA . The ideal candidate will have strong litigation, drafting, and client management skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, and related cases. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, settlement agreements, and court orders. Prepare witness lists, exhibits, and trial materials. Represent clients in hearings and trials. Conduct legal research and provide strategic case support. Manage multiple deadlines and maintain strong client communication.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Licensed to practice law in Virginia. Family law experience preferred. Strong written, verbal, analytical, and advocacy skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
