Job Description

At Poulin | Willey Trial Lawyers, we don't just try cases — we fight for people. We are relentless advocates for the injured, and we're looking for a trial attorney who shares that same drive for justice. This role requires an active South Carolina Bar license and hands-on trial experience specifically handling Medical Malpractice cases. You'll have the chance to stand up in court, make an impact for your clients, and know that you have a firm behind you that lives its values every day: putting clients first, practicing extreme ownership, and backing each other up. What You Will Do Lead your own caseload in personal injury litigation from filing through verdict. Draft and argue motions, handle depositions, mediations, and trial proceedings. Serve as the client's voice in court with confidence and clarity. Work alongside dedicated paralegals and litigation support staff who help prepare every case for success. Requirements Active membership in the South Carolina Bar, in good standing. Minimum 3 years of personal injury trial experience, specifically handling Medical Malpractice cases. Strong negotiation, oral advocacy, and courtroom presence. Commitment to client service and teamwork.
