Richmond, VA | Onsite A nationally recognized defense firm is seeking an Of Counsel attorney to join its Tort, Transportation, & Specialized Litigation team in Richmond, VA. This opportunity is ideal for a litigation attorney looking for sophisticated defense work, meaningful courtroom exposure, and long-term growth within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Practice Highlights:

• Complex civil litigation, insurance defense, product liability, and commercial disputes
• Hands-on role from case investigation through trial preparation and resolution
• Direct client interaction and strategic case involvement
• Opportunity to develop as a trial-ready litigator within a respected national platform

Ideal Background:

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Strong experience with discovery, depositions, motions practice, and brief writing
• Trial experience preferred (1st or 2nd chair)
• Experience with insurance coverage analysis or reporting is a plus
• Judicial clerkship experience preferred, but not required
• Virginia licensure in good standing required
