Job Description

We are seeking a Family Law Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in court, mediation and negotiations Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients Negotiate settlements.
Qualifications:
Admission to the Virginia State Bar First Chair litigation experience preferred but not required Familiarity with various legal documents
