A well-established law firm is seeking an attorney to develop a specialized practice in fiduciary litigation . This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in estate administration or civil litigation who is eager to expand their expertise and build a long-term career in a growing niche.Key Responsibilities:
Handle fiduciary litigation matters, including disputes involving trusts, estates, and fiduciary duties Work closely with experienced partners and receive mentorship in fiduciary litigation Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to manage cases efficiently Develop expertise in estate administration and/or civil litigation as neededQualifications:
2-4 years of experience in estate administration or civil litigation Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Eagerness to learn and develop a niche practice area Licensed to practice inVirginia Benefits & Perks:
