Job Details Qualifications:

Active membership in the Virginia State Bar (required) Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Experience handling a range of civil litigation matters Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team Professional judgment, attention to detail, and strong client communication skills

Responsibilities:

Handle all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation Draft and review litigation documents and legal memoranda Participate in court appearances, depositions, and hearings Work directly with clients and opposing counsel Collaborate closely with partners and other associates on complex matters Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
